Attitudes toward Police, the Law, and the Legal System

     Some studies measure attitudes toward police, and others measure attitudes toward law and the legal system. This study compares impressions and perceptions of police and attitudes toward the legal system. Results indicate a negative attitude toward the legal system by those who have negative perceptions or impressions of police.
