The casino industry is affected by the law in a multitude of ways, whether one operates a stand alone gaming casino or a casino with a food service, hotel, spa, shopping, etc. To be successful in the casino industry, business managers must make informed decisions, engaging in preventative management by knowing how to avoid legal problems in carrying out their duties. Gaming is only part of the mix of business in the 21st Century casino operations, and what casino management does not know about the law can be costly.

We teach business people who have responsibilities which involve all aspects of casino operations. Our presentations target those particular subject areas which relevant to your functional needs, by using practical legal examples of preventative management principles. We have prepared presentation topics, and can custom design a learning program for you.

For those who have already identified areas of need, see the presentation topics below. If you are unsure as to your casino activity needs, we provide a low cost assessment to the extent that you require.
