The hospitality industry is affected by the law in a multitude of ways, whether one operates a restaurant, hotel, resort, or hotel and restaurant destinations. To be successful in the hospitality industry, business managers must make informed decisions, engaging in preventative management by knowing how to avoid legal problems in carrying out their duties.

We teach business people who have responsibilities which involve all aspects of hospitality operations. Our presentations target those particular subject areas which relevant to your functional needs, by using practical legal examples of preventative management principles. We have prepared presentation topics, and can custom design a learning program for you.

For those who have already identified areas of need, see the presentation topics below. If you are unsure as to your hospitality activity needs, we provide a low cost assessment to the extent that you require.
